Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned transfer proceedings of the third respondent, dated 12.12.2013, 30.06.2014, 11.11.2014 & 30.09.2014 with regard to the fourth to seventh respondents and quash the same as illegal and directing the first respondent to transfer the petitioner from Kundadam Panchayat Union, Thiruppur District to any one of the Panchayat Union Primary School in Theni District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2016 under the guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.930 P & AR (Personnel.M) Department, dated 26.07.1977 and also in G.O.Ms.No.131 School Education (M2) Department, dated 12.05.1993.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned transfer proceedings of the third respondent, dated 12.12.2013, 30.06.2014, 11.11.2014 & 30.09.2014 with regard to the fourth to seventh respondents and quash the same as illegal and directing the first respondent to transfer the petitioner from Kundadam Panchayat Union, Thiruppur District to any one of the Panchayat Union Primary School in Theni District by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 18.06.2016 under the guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.930 P & AR (Personnel.M) Department, dated 26.07.1977 and also in G.O.Ms.No.131 School Education (M2) Department, dated 12.05.1993.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 brought to the notice of this Court that the Writ Petitioner is challenging the two years old impugned transfer orders, dated 12.12.2013, 30.06.2014, 11.11.2014 & 30.09.2014. Therefore, the prayer cannot be entertained. 4.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 5.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
