PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.907 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested on 19.08.2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 4(1)(aaa), 4(1)(g), 4(1)(i) r/w 4 (1-A) of TNP Act, in Crime No.907 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the respondent. He further submitted that the petitioner is languishing inside the jail from 19.08.2021 and hence, he prayed for grant of bail. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been detained as Goonda under Act 14 of 1982. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Considering the nature of offence and the previous antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
