*********** The petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider her representation dated 02.01.2017 within a stipulated time and not to disburse the retirement benefits and family pension to the fourth respondent.

2. According to the petitioner, she is the first wife of one Mr.P.Kandan. It is her further case that her husband is going to attain the age of superannuation, on 31.03.2017. Since her husband has shown the second wife as a nominee to receive his family pension, she has submitted a representation dated 02.01.2017, requesting the first respondent not to disburse the family pension to her husband's second wife.

3. It is the admitted case of the petitioner that her husband is alive and therefore, the issue regarding the disbursement of family pension to her husband's second wife does not arise. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
