ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner's life and limb through the representation dated 09.11.2020 pending before the first and second respondents.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint, dated 09.11.2020 seeking for police protection and it is pending on the file of the second respondent for enquiry.

3. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 8 and dispose of the same, after affording an opportunity of hearing to them and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
