2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that by order, dated 16.12.20212, this Court directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the Legal Aid Services Committee, attached to this bench on or before 10.01.2022. The said condition has been complied with and to prove the said fact, a cost memo has also been filed.
