O R D E R

This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents not to involve or interfering in the construction in respect of the house property situated in D.No.20/41, Kumaran Street, Kamarajapuram, Madurai-625 009.

2. Mr.S.Ganesan, Sub-Inspector of Police, Keerathurai Police Station is present. When the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, Keerathurai Police has registered a case in Crime No.655 of 2016 on 23.09.2016 under Sections 447, 427 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC against one Shanmugapriya and seven others.

3. In view of the above, no mandamus as prayed for by the petitioner can be granted. In the writ petition, the petitioner has made allegations against the Inspector of Police, Keerathurai Police Station for the high-handedness, but, the facts reveal otherwise. The Inspector of Police has taken the complaint given by the petitioner on file and registered a case in Crime No.655 of 2016 as stated above.

4. Hence, this petition is devoid of merits and the same is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
