ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the fourth respondent to withdraw the investigation of Crime No. 652 of 2021 on the file of the fourth respondent and transfer the same to the file of the third respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.652 of 2021 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram on 05.03.2022 and the same is yet to be taken cognizance and as of no now investigation is pending on the file of the fourth respondent, hence the prayer sought for cannot be granted.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
