This petition is filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam in Crime No.8 of 2018 pending on the file of the respondent police. 1/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation in Crime No.8 of 2018 on the file of the respondent has been completed and the respondent laid the charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam and the same was not taken on file.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the learned Sathankulam, is hereby directed to take the case on file, if it is in order, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
