O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Madurai to dispose pending CC.No.1625 of 2022 on its file as expeditiously as possible within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in the C.C.No.1625 of 2022. He gave a complaint before the respondent police, which was registered in Crime No.23 of 2021, for the offence punishable under Sections 406 & 420 of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the case was registered in the year 2021, so far no progress is made in the trial process.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that totally four witnesses to be examined in this case. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, to expedite the trial process in C.C.No.1625 of 2/4

2022, and dispose of the same within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
