The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Sub Court, Valliyoor to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.127 of 2020. 1/3
2. The petitioner is the first defendant in O.S.No.127 of 2020 before the learned Subordinate Judge, Valliyoor. In the suit, petitioner appears to have filed an written statement.
3. In view of the above, the present Civil Revision Petition stands allowed at the time of admission after dispensing with notice on the respondents as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the respondents by directing the learned Subordinate Judge, Valliyoor to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.127 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
