Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioners herein and not to interfere in the civil disputes already settled by civil Courts in A.S.No.796 of 1987 on the file of this Court and in O.S.No.170 of 2004 on the file of the III Additional Sub Judge, Madurai.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioners herein and not to interfere in the civil dispute already settled by civil Courts in A.S.No.796 of 1987 on the file of this Court and in O.S.No.170 of 2004 on the file of the III Additional Sub Judge, Madurai. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass them.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
