ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 153(A), 120(b) IPC read with Sections 15(c), 17, 18, 19, 20 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 read with Section 25(i)(a) of Arms Act, 1959,in Crime No.46 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was a member of a Whatsapp group. It is seen that some of the co-accused were granted bail by the Court below. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the petitioner is not having any bad antecedents. No overtact is also attributed against the petitioner. He is said to be an Electrician, based in Nagapattinam. Therefore, the petitioner is permitted to surrender before the jurisdictional Magistrate and file a regular bail application. The learned Magistrate shall take note of these aspects and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
