ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the the respondents not to harass the petitioner and her family members on the guise of enquiry against the petitioner and his family members.

2. On the basis of complaint given by one Haja Mohaideen the above said enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.1314 of 2023. The first respondent enquiry Officer is also present before this Court and stated that one Siva, who is acting as a driver for both the parties forwarded the messages to the defact complainant. During the course of enquiry, this petitioner has also appeared but, the defacto complainant did not appear. When the above said enquiry is pending some sort of understanding was reached between the parties to close the above said 2/5

complaint.

3. Let the complainant viz., Hajamohaideen appear before the Enquiry Officer, the respondents police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of 15 days from the date of appearance of the parties. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, the petitioner may work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
