ORDER

The impugned order has been passed placing the petitioner under suspension. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Admittedly, when the petitioner has got an effective alternative statutory remedy under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1961, he has to approach that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ authority. Therefore, this writ petition fails and the same is

dismissed. It is always open to the petitioner to approach the competent authority in the manner known to law, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)No.11095 of 2016 is closed.
