Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the third respondent against the order of the second respondent passed in Na.Ka.No.8286/13/Aa4, dated 19.10.2015, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the third respondent against the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.8286/13/Aa4, dated 19.10.2015.

2. According to the petitioner, against the order passed by the second respondent / the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dindigul, Dindigul District, the third respondent preferred an appeal before the first respondent on 11.11.2015 and so far no order has been passed by the first respondent. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents submitted that the appeal is still pending. Therefore, suitable orders may be passed.

4. In the above circumstances, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal preferred by the third respondent against the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.8286/13/Aa4, dated 19.10.2015, after giving notice to the third respondent as well as the petitioner and conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
