*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks reconstruction of the waterway in Oodaikulam and Vadugankulam Kanmois and digging of new bore well for drinking water.

The writ petitioner has given a representation dated 13.06.2016 to the respondents. The request made by the writ petitioner has not yet been considered. This Court, therefore directs the first respondent to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, on the writ petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2016, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2.The writ petitioner has produced a copy of the resolution passed in the Village Sabha Meeting and also other revenue records. The first respondent shall take them into account while passing order on the writ petitioner's representation. 3.This Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
