ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to issue the legal heir certificate of deceased Dr.S.V.Venkataramananan, the son of the 1st petitioner and husband of the 2nd petitioner within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Today, the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents submitted that already, the Tahsildar, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, passed an order, rejecting the petitioner's request in proceedings No.O.Mu.P6/6478/2016, dated 03.08.2016 .

3.In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the said order dated 03.08.2016, if they so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
