... Respondent/Complainant PRAYER :- Criminal Original Petition is filed u/s 482 of Cr.PC praying this Hon'ble Court to modify the conditional order in Cr.M.P. No. 1297 of 2019, dated 20/06/2019 in so far as the Condition directing the Petitioner to appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10.00 A.M. for a period of 30 days .

For Respondent : Ms.M.Anantha Devi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the conditional order passed in Cr.M.P.No.1297 of 2019, dated 20.06.2019, by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, in so far as the condition directing the Petitioner to appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10.00 A.M. for a period of 30 days. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since the petitioner is working as a Lecturer, he is unable to comply with the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.1297 of 2019, dated 20.06.2019. Hence, he seeks modification of the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no serious objection in this regard.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is working as Lecturer in the J.J.Arts College at Pudukkottai, the condition imposed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai in Cr.M.P.No.1297 of 2019 is modified to the effect that 'the petitioner shall appear before the respondent on every Sunday at 10.00 a.m until further orders.'

5.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
