This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to send the proposal for yearly annual increment to the petitioner for the post of B.T.Assistant (Science) in the 3rd respondent school and consequently direct the second respondent to approve the proposal of yearly annual increment to the petitioner with all monetary benefits within time frame., 2.The learned counsel for the third respondent submitted before this court that the third respondent undertakes to resubmit the proposal to the second respondent.

WP(MD) No.16077 of 2021 3.In view of the undertaking given by the third respondent management, this Court is inclined to direct the third respondent to resubmit the proposal to the second respondent as expeditiously as possible. On the submission of such proposal, the second respondent shall consider and pass orders as expeditiously as possible. 4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
