O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct necessary action based on the representation dated 07.06.2023.

2.Mr.B.Nambiselvan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that against his own brothers namely the third and fourth respondents herein, the petitioner made a complaint stating that even though a decree for partition was ordered by the Sub Court, Sankarankovil in O.S.No.179 of 2014, trouble has been made by them to execute deed in favour of them, otherwise they will be ex-communicated. So far, the above said representation has not been considered. Hence, the present writ petition. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the above said representation is under consideration. It will be considered as soon as possible.

5.Considering the submissions made on either side, there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner, after making enquiry with both parties, within a period of fifteen days from the date of appearance of the parties. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, further action may be taken either by the authority or by the parties, if so aggrieved. 6.With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
