This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners based on the false complaint of the third respondent under the guise of enquiry.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the complaint already given by the petitioner, has received by the respondent police and C.S.R.No.398/2022 was given. The third respondent has also gave a counter complaint against this petitioner, which was assigned in C.S.R.No.414 of 2022 and enquiry was conducted by the respondent police and the same has been closed as 'civil in nature' and advised the parties to approach the civil Court for getting appropriate remedy.
