CRL OP(MD). No.13268 of 2022 ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that based upon the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, it was found that the complaint given by the defacto complainant is mistake of fact and the same was closed. 2.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) that the complaint has been closed, nothing survives for further direction or consideration in this petition. The petitioner is directed to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings 3.With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
