.. Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to take action based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2016, within a time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the fifth respondent on the basis of representation dated 21.03.2016, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.

2.Mr.M.Govindan, learned Special Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents 1 to 4. Considering the nature of the relief sought in the writ petition, notice need not be sent to the fifth respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has contended to the effect that the fifth respondent under the guise of running a Higher Secondary School, has committed so many irregularities and under the said circumstances a representation dated 21.03.2016 has been given, but the same has not been considered by the respondents 1 to 4 and therefore the present writ petition has been filed.

4.It is seen from the records that on 21.03.2016 a representation has been given by the petitioner, wherein certain allegations have been levelled against the fifth respondent. But the respondents 1 to 4 have not considered the same. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

5.In fine, this writ petition is allowed in part without costs and the respondents 1 to 4 are strictly directed to look into the representation dated 21.03.2016 and if the respondents 1 to 4 have not received any such representation, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation and the respondents 1 to 4 are directed to look into and dispose of the same within a period of one month.
