Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.JOHN VINCENT, Advocate for the petitioner in all petitions and of Mr.CHELLAPANDIYAN,Additional Advocate General Assisted by Mr.M.ASOKAN,Government Advocate criminal Side in all petitions for the Respondents the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner vide orders dated 05.07.2018 and 17.07.2018.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the State strongly opposes any further relaxation of the conditions imposed on the petitioner. The learned Additional Advocate General strongly urges that the activities of the petitioner have seriously disturbed law and order situation earlier and that nothing should be permitted, which may revive the earlier issues.

3. This Court called upon the petitioner to file an undertaking affidavit. The petitioner has given an undertaking affidavit that he will not participate in any protest activities in connection with the sterlite and that he will not step into Tuticorin District. The petitioner has also given a further undertaking that he will not conduct himself in a manner that may lead to law and order issues. Of course, these restrictions will hold good only till filing of the final report in the cases registered against the petitioner herein.

4. Subject to these conditions, the other conditions imposed on the petitioner stand relaxed.
