ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in Crl.M.P.No.6314 of 2018, dated 27.08.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani, Dindigul District. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani granted bail in Crl.M.P.No.6314 of 2018, dated 27.08.2018, with a condition that the petitioner must be given one blood relatives and one Government surety. Since he is a collie and uneducated persons, he could not able to arrange the Government surety. Hence, he prays to modify the condition.

3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the condition stipulated in Crl.M.P.No.6314 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Palani, Dindigul District, dated 27.08.2018 insofar as executing a bond is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with one blood relative each for the likesum to the satisfaction of the Court.
