O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and her family members. 2.The second respondent is present before this Court and stated that one Vijaya gave complaint against the petitioner stating that the petitioner are putting up construction by damaging the stones, which were available in that area.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in respect of the property issue O.S.No.55 of 2023, was filed by the petitioner for partition, adding the above said Vijaya as 9th defendant. On the basis of the above said suit, the above said complaint has been given. 4.Since suit is pending, they should not make any enquiry with regard to the above said issue. Let the complaint given by the above said Vijaya be closed by the second respondent advising the parties to workout their remedy in the pending suit itself. 2/4

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
