Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner claims that he is having patta in respect of the petition mentioned land. He however wants the respondents to issue him possession certificate / land ownership certificate.
3. I wanted to know under which provision of law such certificate can be issued by the respondents. My attention is not drawn to any particular provision. When the petitioner is not having any enforceable legal right, the question of maintaining this writ petition does not arise at all.
