This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to call for the records relating to the case in Crime No.10 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,16.08.2024), the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has laid the final report through e-filing before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kulithurai.
