2.On earlier hearing since the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani, a report was called for from the Court as to the stage of the above said final report. Today report has been received stating that for rectifying some defects, the above said final report has been kept pending.

3.In view of the above said development, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
