The petitioner preferred an appeal before the District Revenue Officer in Na.Ka.No.10/37343/2022 for corrections regarding UDR entry and thereafter, filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal within a stipulated time limit. 2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that on the appeal preferred by the 2/4

petitioner, enquiry was conducted on 07.07.2023. Both parties have appeared in the proceedings and further enquiry is scheduled to be held on 27.07.2023. 4.Considering that the enquiry has already been commenced and it is posted on 27.07.2023 for further hearing, this writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the first respondent to conclude the enquiry and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
