[Order of the Court was made by RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.] This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the Judgment, dated 13.02.2024, made in W.A.(MD) No.398 of 2016.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the order and directions issued by this Court have been complied with and to that effect she has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the respondent - Cooperative Credit Society Limited, dated 25.07.2024, before this Court.
