Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to give adequate Police protection for the life and limp for petitioner and association members and to run the association peacefully based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 05.04.2025.

ORDER

This petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to give adequate Police protection for the life and limp for petitioner and association members and to run the association peacefully based on the petitioner's representation, dated 05.04.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that there are disputes between the petitioner and other members with regard to the running of the association and hence the petitioner's representation was considered and closed.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court cannot issue the direction as prayed for. Since it is submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 05.04.2025, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed, the second respondent is directed to communicate the result of the said enquiry to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
