The petitioner seeks a survey of the land situated at Survey Nos.170/4 and 170/63 of an extent of 3 Cents at Mahilampatti Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichirappalli District. 2.The petitioner states that the aforesaid lands were assigned to him under proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.3335 dated 24.09.1981.

Pursuant thereto, a Peace Committee Meeting was held and a resolution was passed to the effect that the grievance of the petitioner and the other beneficiaries would be settled quickly. The present Writ Petition is filed in view of the failure to take any action in such regard in spite of the representation dated 20.01.2021.

5. Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned counsel for the State, accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. In view of the fact that it is an assignment by the State, he submits that the fourth and fifth respondents herein may be directed to take appropriate action.
