Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 IPC, in Crime No.117 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 24.07.2018, the petitioner has transported the sand illegally without valid permission. Hence, a case has been registered. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner had already filed the petitions for seeking anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.13459 and 14368 of 2018 and the same were dismissed. The said facts was suppressed by the petitioner herein.

5.Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Further, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
