ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP(MD)No.5663/2017 in CRL OP(MD) No.2881 of 2017 on 05.07.2017 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.5663/2017 in CRL OP(MD) No.2881 of 2017 on 05.07.2017 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioners tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in in Crl.MP(MD)No.5663/2017 in CRL OP(MD) No.2881 of 2017 on 05.07.2017 is relaxed.
