Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.BALAMURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2333 of 2022 on 04.02.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since petitioner is residing at Karumathampatti, Theni District along with 4 months old child, she is not in a position to appear before the respondent police.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side). 4.Taking into consideration of the submission made by both the counsels, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2333 of 2022 on 04.02.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Cumbam South Police Station, Theni District daily at 10.30 am until further orders.
