ORDER
The petitioner had given an application before the Revenue Divisional Officer to cancel the patta which is now in the name of the fourth respondent S.Karuthapandi, S/o.Sundaresasamy Gounder, at Appanthirupathi post, Madurai District. Consequent to such application given by the petitioner, the second respondent/ Revenue Divisional Officer, Melur had issued a communication to the third respondent /Tahsildar, Madurai East Taluk, to send a report.
2. After that report is forwarded, a direction is given to the second respondent / Revenue Divisional Officer at Melur, to issue once again notice to the petitioner and also to the fourth respondent S.Karuthapandi and conduct enquiry and proceed further in the manner known to law and pass appropriate orders. The said exercise may be completed within a period of 12 weeks from the date on which a report is received from the Tahsildar, Madurai East Taluk, madurai.
