The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to issue patta to the petitioner's land situated in S.No.170/8 of Thittakudi Revenue Village, Pattukottai Taluk, Thanjavur District under distribution of patta to dwelling house scheme by considering his representation dated 02.11.2020. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the request of the petitioner for issuance of patta has been negatived on 16.11.2020.

3.However, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has not been served with a copy of the same.

4. In view of the said submission, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. The respondents are directed to furnish a copy of the rejection order within ten working days from today in order to enable the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
