Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to remove the encroachments made in the survey number 25/6, Vellianguntram Village, presently Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District which is "Vandi Pathai" as per village records within stipulated time.

*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this Writ Petition to direct the first and second respondents to consider his representation and remove the encroachment made by the third respondent in respect of the property in Survey No.25/6, Vellianguntram Village, presently under the jurisdiction of Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District.

2. We direct the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 20 January, 2017, on merits and as per law, after issuing notice to the third respondent. Such exercise shall be completed, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 20 January, 2017, along with a copy of this order, so as to enable the said authority to dispose of the matter, within the time stipulated above.
