O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioners and their family members and also direct them to forbear the respondent No.3 to 8 in anyway interfering with the peaceful life of the petitioner without any hindrance. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioners, the second respondent registered a case in Crime No.103 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 120(b), 406 and 420 of IPC as against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10423 of 2019 accused persons.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners are threatened by the accused persons to withdraw the said complaint.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are directed to lodge a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to enquire the same and take appropriate action on the complaint lodged by the petitioners.

4.With above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
