2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the time granted to the petitioner for surrender / appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
