Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.793/A1/2019 dated 02.08.2019 and quash the same as illegal, consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to approve permitted salary increment per year from 01.01.2014 and to refix the salary on par with VII Pay Commission on the basis of the above increments for the petitioner for her post of Secondary Grade Teacher in the 3rd respondent school by considering the written requisition of the 3rd respondent dated 30.07.2019 For Petitioner : Mr.P.Chellapandian For Respondents : Mr.S.P.Maharajan, Special Government Pleader.

ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents made a submission that the first respondent has passed an order in proceedings dated 23.02.2022, stating that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CONT.P.(MD)No.1269 of 2021 Government preferred Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and the same is pending. 2.Thus, the case of the petitioner will be taken into consideration, after disposal of the S.L.P., by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. The petitioner is at liberty to file a proper application, after disposal of the S.L.P. Thus, this Contempt Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Sub Application is also closed.
