This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to complete the enquiry in CSR.No.382 of 2024 dated 27.03.2024.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the matter was treated as a petition, and the same was closed on 26.04.2024.

3. As such, it is left open to the petitioner to take steps as against the Closure Report in the manner known to law. The respondent Police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report to the petitioner. 4.With the above said liberty and direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
