This petition has been filed, seeking to forbear R1 to 5 from preventing the petitioner from selling his book, namely, "Eesan Eshwari Pirantha Oor Thiruuttarakosamangai Thiruthala Varalaru" outside the Respondent No.5 Temple premises "Arulmigu Mangalnathan Mangaleswari Thirukovil" situated at Thiruutharakosa Mangai Post, Keezhakarai Taluk, Ramanthapuram District.direct the respondent 1 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2016 for conducting the routine prayer at the petitioner's house at 11-73-2, Ganapathipuram Village, Kannyakumari District.

It is seen that this petitioner had authored a book titled "Eesan Eshwari Pirantha Oor Thiruuttarakosamangai Thiruthala Varalaru" (<rd; <];thp gpwe;j Cu; / jpU cj;juNfhrkq;if jpUj;jy tuyhW) and that he is being prevented by Police from selling the book outside "Arulmigu Mangalnathan Mangaleswari Thirukovil". 3.
Mr.C.Paulpandi, the Inspector of Police, Thiruuttarakosamangai Police Station is present. On instructions, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the Police will not interfere with the activities of the petitioner in sale of his books.
