ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is figuring as A3 in the FIR registered for the offences under Sections 447 and 420 IPC on the file of the respondent police in Crime No.14 of 2019. He seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent police. 3.It is seen that the defacto complainant purchased the property in question way back in the year 1998 and that thereafter he went for overseas employment. CRL OP(MD). No.10351 of 2019 he lodged the present complaint against as many as five persons. It is seen that the primary allegations are only against the first accused. Be that as it may, arresting the petitioner herein is not going to serve any purpose.

4.Hence, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Ramanathapuram and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 5.The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
