2. The petitioner seeks disposal of the petition-mentioned application.

3. No exception can be taken to the said request. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned application on merits and in accordance with law and pass final order within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
