ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused No.3 to 9, 11, 12 & 14 to 19, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) I.P.C, and Section 4 of TNPWH Act, 2002, in Crime No.93 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. On going through the petition, it was found that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court, Sivagangai. Thereafter, that was cancelled by the very same Court for some reason. Against which, present anticipatory bail has been filed.

3. Once anticipatory bail has been cancelled, only the course available to the petitioner is to surrender either before the respondent police or before the concerned Court. The question of anticipatory bail may not arise.

4. In the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Original Petition deserves dismissal and accordingly, dismissed.
