ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent police to register the complaint dated 07.08.2016 on the basis of the direction given by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam in Crl.M.P.No.7154 of 2016 vide its order dated 14.09.2016 and register the same

2. It is seen that in this case, there was already a direction from the learned Judicial Magistrate to the Police to investigate and file a final report. Inspite of the same, the police proceeded to conduct the preliminary enquiry and close the complaint. This Court by an order dated 11.09.2018 directed the respondent police to register the F.I.R based on order passed by the concerned Magistrate and thereafter, investigate the case and file a final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C.

3.In view of the orders already passed by this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to register the F.I.R and file a final report in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
