Neelakandan, Government Advocate for the 1st and 2nd respondent, this Court made the following order: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to extend the time having been granted by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9916 of 2020 dated 17.09.2020 for surrendering of the petitioner in pursuance of the order of this Court for another 15 days. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he was not able to get the Web Copy. Moreover, due to Covid-19, he could not meet the counsel in time to take steps to comply with the order of this Court. Therefore, he seeks further extension of 15 days time to comply the order of this Court.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and the time for surrendering the petitioner before the concerned Court is extended by 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
