to setaside the conviction judgment dated 23.10.2020 made in Spl.S.C.No.8 of 2018 on the file of the Learned Additional Sessions Court, Karur in so far as the appellants' conviction is concerned and consequently to acquit the appellants.

CRL MP(MD) No.6874 of 2021 This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD)No.6363 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.348 of 2020, dated 04.12.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.6363 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.348 of 2020, dated 04.12.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned counsel for State Government (Crl.side) has no strong objection to relax the condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.6363 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.348 of 2020, dated 04.12.2020 is relaxed in toto.
